The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring security and accountability of inventory through physical transaction processing and auditing, documentation control, process improvement, system verification and review, as well as data management and reporting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting in establishing procedures for the company’s inventory operations; conducting physical inventories and leading cycle counts; analyzing and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies; audits incoming and outgoing shipments, through procurement and delivery to the end-customer, to assure quality and accuracy; distributes supplies, equipment, etc. when needed; compiles and documents all transactions including system data entry; ensures cleanliness of shipping and receiving area; manages property disposal “surveys”. Works with Government Property experts as required; primary liaison to the U.S. Government in matters pertaining to government property and material.
Education and Experience: Must possess a High School Diploma or GED certificate. A minimum of five (5) years of experience with DoD property, inventory management and DoD inventory systems operations. Requires considerable knowledge of storekeeping principles and practices of inventory control procedures of purchasing and requisitioning procedures, as well as of hazardous material handling. Must possess working skills in maintaining records accurately; ability to perform mathematical calculation. Must be able to use a personal computer and be familiar with commonly used business software. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and stand for long periods of time.

The successful candidate will operate in a fast-paced engineering environment that will allow the creativity of new opportunities as well as the ability to contribute to the dynamic organization in the workplace on a daily basis.
In this position, the FSR will provide field-engineering support to Army Tactical Operations Center (TOC) as well as Combat Operations Center (COC). The FSR should be proficient in basic software and systems hardware engineering skills. Primary responsibilities include: equipment/system support, with basic knowledge of system tactical employment and optimization; accurately document failures and corrective actions in accordance with proper procedures; prepare logically understandable input data for periodic status reports. The chosen candidate must possess: the ability to listen effectively, and adapt to changing requirements; strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate through system knowledge and capabilities to customers at all levels; document and disseminate relevant site and system information; ability to effectively conduct system level operational and maintenance training. Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of system administration of UNIX and Windows based servers/clients and networks. Willingness and ability to travel 25% of the time to support job requirements. Ability to lift 50lbs.
Education and Experience: Strong working knowledge of UNIX as well as knowledge of programming languages (C, SQL, HTML). Active Security Clearance required. Familiarity with DoD Security a plus.
